CanSpace accepts the following payment methods for all hosting plans, domains, and add-ons.

| Interac e-Transfer | Available to Canadian clients. Open a support ticket to request an invoice and e-Transfer instructions. |
Card payments are processed securely in Canada. Your card details are stored for automatic renewal only if you choose to save them — you can remove a saved card from the client area at any time.
What we don't accept
- American Express
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency
- International wire transfers (enterprise / institutional clients: see below)
Enterprise and institutional clients
For universities, government agencies, and other institutional clients, we accept EFT and purchase orders, and we can provide formal quotations on CanSpace letterhead. If you require a signed service contract, we're happy to accommodate. Open a ticket with your requirements and we'll work with your procurement team.
Adding or updating your payment method
You can add or change the card on your account from Billing → Payment Methods in the client area.
